The brand name,  “Niconeru” is a combination of the Japanese word for kneading clay, koneru, and the word nico-nico, which means “smile.” 
Our brand name expresses our hope that clayjewels will bring smiles to the faces of our customers.

The Possibilities of Polymer Clay Meet Distinctive Japanese Designs
The material for our clayjewels, polymer clay (PVC resin clay), gives complete freedom to produce designs of various colors and shapes, as well as colorful, lightweight, and fun-to-wear accessories. Each individual jewel is carefully cut from a tube of clay by our skilled designers.
